Should've won the Nobel that Al Gore got, because it tells  the full truth that the Gores of the world are scared to admit. The real problem. The full extent of it.

Standup Comedy the angry way... the way you'd do it, if you had a gun and lots of drugs.

Instinct
Stars Anthony Hopkins, Cuba Gooding Jr., and Maura Tierney. A man is arrested for murder in Africa and brought back to the states for psychiatric examination. What the examiner gets instead is a look at something better than man in is 'primitive state', but a lesson in mankind. This is loosely based on the ideas of Daniel Quinn's Ishmael and is the film that changed my entire life for the smarter.

Into the Wild
When John Candless graduated college, he finally satisfied all expectations of him from his father and his society. So he left everything to go satisfy himself, getting rid of everything he hated... money, things, status... and going on a wild adventure across the states. It would ultimately kill him. But ultimately, he lived.

V for Vendetta
London... after the plagues and fires and terrorist hits scare the population into appointing a chancelor. Oppression and corruption at an all time high. Until a stranger in a Guy Fawkes mask reminds them of the Fifth of November, and what it means to be unafraid. People shouldn't be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.

Jesus Camp
Kids in a church retreat... and the curriculum is hellfire, speaking in tongues, and fear. This documentary is truly the way millions of children all around the US are being raised. And they tell you that the way radical Islam teaches its people is scary... just wait to you see this!

Today's battle against homosexuality, gay marriage, and churches like the Mormon LDS make this the most relevant low-key and low-budget film of the times. Christian is a gay waiter in LA who lives a shallow life of gay sex conquests. Aaron lives as a secret queer in a Mormon missionary household that moves in next door. And when Christian wins Aaron over in a bet, he finds something deeper than a conquest, while Aaron finds a forbidden freedom he never dared reach for. This film is powerfully on target.

Reefer Madness
was an old black and white warning film against the horrors of marijuana. Reefer Madness the Musical, however, is everything that movie feared most... a funny-as-hell film that sticks a harsh satirical stick to the propaganda and fear-based manipulation of the American age. Come on... you know you wanna watch... just take a toke of tease-stick... suck it down for Sally!

The Ten
Try this idea out. This guy has ten stories to tell you, each based around one of the Ten Commandments. Sounds fun? I know, it doesn't. But that's because you haven't seen how WRONG these stories can really be. Then you'll be laughing your ass off and wondering why this film flew so under the radar that you never saw it before. Especially love thou shalt not take thy Lord's name in vain... OH JESUS!!!

Vaheeeena....

-and-
"They must find it difficult...
those who have taken authority as the truth,
rather than truth as the authority."

TWO MOVIES ONE ABSOLUTELY MUST SEE! Let it speak for itself... has to be seen to be believed. Layers of frightening truth...

The Story of Stuff
A film I think all students should be shown in all schools everywhere, so that they can know what it is their lust for things actually fuels... new computers, new mp3 players, new cell phones... where all our junk comes from, the real price of it all, and where it all goes... and the real price of that all too. Less than 20 minutes, but the film shows the full scope of what we're doing to the world clearer than I could in hours! Show support: http://storyofstuff.com

endgame
Derrick Jensen is a masterful writer for environmental awareness and the rights of the indigenous, be they human or nonhuman, life. Here he discusses ideas straight from his most recent work, Endgame, which comes in two volumes - Vol. 1 The Problem of Civilization, and Vol. 2 Resistance. He encourages action and even violent action if necessary by all who dare, for there's plenty of violence already to kill the world. It's time we hold those who dare up high, and encourage more resistance against this regime of hate and death.

THE SHIFT
This trailer appeared to me recently. This is something very positive-sounding that I wish to support, and I hope you will too. Because Tim and Sally of What a Way to Go are right... we can't wait for someone else to change this world. We have to be the ones to do it. Watch the trailer by clicking above, or go to:

End of the World as we Know it and I Feel Fine
A great series of films from Stimulator, that I couldn't resist showing here. His first season is complete and in its entirety in our viewer. Please not only watch and enjoy, but go to submedia.tv and support this guy and his work. It is worth the money to keep this guy around, trust me.

CHRISOPHER HITCHENS  - puts the smackdown on religion over a live radio broadcast, not even letting some sappy ass preacher stump him with tales of a miraculously healed daughter. Hitchens in the author of the book, God is Not Great: How Religion Poisons Everything, available in our bookstore.
